The Murray County Sheriff’s Office is searching for two suspects involved in a home invasion robbery that happened Friday morning around 4 a.m.

“We’ve got several good leads on possible suspects,” Sheriff Gary Langford said.

Deputies were called to the scene off Norton Bridge Road and upon their arrival, gave chase to two male subjects exiting the rear of the home.

Langford said that three people in the home were held at gunpoint while the suspects demanded money.

One man was struck in the head repeatedly during the incident, but the extent of his injuries was not known at press time.

Anyone with information about the incident is urged to contact the Sheriff’s Office anonymous crime tip line at 706-422-4066 or the Sheriff’s Office at 706-695-4592.
